Check in time is after 4:00 pm and before 7:00 pm.

• If you are unable to check in by 7:00 pm, please let us know .
• The resort is for the exclusive use of registered guests.

Check Out

• Check out time is before 12:00 noon.

Credit Card Bookings

• Accepted credit cards are Mastercard and Visa. Your authorization to use your credit card number for payment indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the draft. Verbal authorization of the use of your credit card confirms your reservation.
• Sorry no personal cheques.

Reservations

• 50% deposit is required. Deposit will be refunded if cancellations are received in writing by Getaways 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date, less $25.00 Service Charge.
• Getaways is a destination, a last minute cancellation means a vacancy for us therefore our policy is firm.
• Days lost through late arrival or early departure will be charged at the regular rate.
• A $25.00 administration charge applies to any changes after your booking is confirmed, if Getaways is not notified 30 days prior to arrival date
• Balance of account is due on arrival
• All prioces are subject to GST
